Malcom Hot Air Systems announces the new line of Leister Heat Source Process Heating Hot Air Tools.
The new LHS System hot air tools from Leister feature built in electronic device and heating element
protection, built in power and temperature controllers, built in temperature adjustability via a
integrated potentiometer. Also included is a built in interface so that this heater can be controlled
externally via a PLC or digital temperature controller with a 4-20 ma output to the heaters.
These new heaters feature a bus connection to Leister external temperature controllers with standard
network cables with RJ45 connectors. The LHS System line is available in single and three phase
power, from single phase 100V-230V to three phase 230-480V from 1 kW to 16 kW. Temperature
range on all these heaters is from ambient up to 1250 degrees F depending on the air flows through
the heat guns.
