Hürner's manually operated butt-welding machines combine easy set-up and
disassembly with a reliable welding process and user-friendly handling. Of
course, system quality and operation safety are in line with the high standards for
which Hürner Schweisstechnik is renowned.
As an optional upgrade, full data capture and welding report generation are
available: all Hürner Manual machines are designed for smooth upgrade with the
SPG 2000 and SPG 2000 Basic Report Generation Systems.

Hürner Manual Butt Welding Machines
Manual series machines feature a hydraulic unit with controls:
- large easily readable pressure gauge
- safe-grip frame mover lever
- operator-friendly pressure valves
All machine are designed for ugrade and connection of the SPG 2000 or SPG
2000 Basic report generation units, and are shipped with:
- Carrying case for facing tool and heating plate
- Facing tool with micro safety switch
- Non-sticky coated (PTFE) heating plate
- Transport box for the entire machine
